- I have two allergies - Sulfites (and derivatives) and lactose - THIS has changed. I'm no longer intolerant to lactose but am to wheat. After I stopped eating wheat I can easily handle lactose. I love to cook have over 200 cookbooks and collection is growing. Here's to your health!
